Central Scotland
We buy, refurbish and let homes across west central Scotland. Whether you need to sell a flat or house, or want to invest alongside us, you'll deal directly with the two of us and get a close professional relationship.
What we do
Flats, houses and small commercial properties in any condition, including properties needing work, inherited homes and tenanted flats. We'll tell you plainly whether we can make an offer.
We bring tired properties back to a good, safe standard, then either sell them on or keep them as quality rental homes for local tenants.
Clear terms, full numbers.
We work with private investors and joint-venture partners on individual deals. You see the full numbers and the risks up front, and every agreement is set out in writing from day one.
Selling a property?
Selling a home is a big decision, and often a stressful one. We'll explain everything, with no pressure and no jargon. We're upfront about what we can offer and why. And if another route would suit you better, we'll tell you.
Use the form below or email us with the address and a little about the property and your situation.
We'll get back to you, ask any questions, and arrange a viewing at a time that suits you.
If we can buy, we'll explain our offer and how we got there. You decide, with no obligation.
About us
Polestar Property Solutions is run by Bernie and Jade. We set Polestar up to do property properly: fair offers for sellers, well-finished homes for tenants, and honest, transparent partnerships with our investors.
Bernie started his working life in the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (REME), moved into mechanical engineering in the oil and gas sector, and now works as a commercial saturation diver in the North Sea (UK & Norway). He brings his pragmatic, plan-it-right approach to every project.
Jade is a Gas Safe registered engineer with first-hand knowledge of what makes a home safe, compliant, warm and efficient, which shapes how we plan every potential project or refurbishment.
Investors & JV partners
We source, analyse and manage refurbishment and rental projects across Renfrewshire, East Renfrewshire and Glasgow, and we're open to working with private investors and joint-venture partners on individual deals.
Every opportunity comes with the full numbers, the risks as we see them, and terms set out in writing before anything is agreed.
Start a conversationProperty investment carries risk. Values and rents can go down as well as up, and returns are not guaranteed. We do not offer regulated investment products or financial advice; please take independent advice before investing.

When you use our contact form or email us, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, the postcode of a property, and anything you write in your message.
We use your details because you've asked us to contact you (your consent), because it's needed to take steps towards an agreement you're considering with us, or because we have a legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We will not send you marketing unless you ask us to.
We never sell your details. Our email is provided by Google, and messages sent through our website forms are handled by Formspree, our form service, before reaching us. Both may store data outside the UK under recognised legal safeguards.
If your enquiry doesn't lead to a deal, we delete your details within 12 months of our last contact. If it does, we keep the records we need for legal, tax and accounting purposes, usually for up to 6 years.
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, to limit how we use it, or to object to us using it. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Just email us and we'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
